Physical fitness is not only the one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.

Physical well-being centers on the balance between body, mind, and spirit. For students, this harmony promotes increased self-awareness, encourages self-reflection, and improves posture, hand-eye coordination, focus, and mental peace. These benefits contribute to their overall development, helping them lead healthier, more balanced lives both in and out of the classroom.

Sports is a transformational activity which installs constructive habits, values and contribute significantly towards holistic development. The challenges faced in the sports field translate into valuable life lessons, fostering resilience and perseverance. By participation students embrace sportsmanship, self-discipline, collaborative work, leadership, and communication.
